Reserve Best Puppy In Show for Luc!
Bongarcon Just Fabulous aka Luc did us proud this weekend, winning Reserve Best Puppy In Show at the West Coast Kennel Club Championship Show under Mr A Sheasby.
Show achievements
After a break of nearly a year from the show scene, we went back to the rings with our two youngsters, Ella and Luc. They did so well, with the star being Luc, winning Best Puppy In Hound Group at the Liesbeek Kennel Club Championship show. With this he has also qualified for Western Cape Top Puppy 2019!

At long last we welcome two litters of puppies in our home! Born on 17 August 2018, CH Sweet Courage Tatiana of Bongarcon and CH Voxcreek Let Me In of Bongarcon had puppies from CH Samson of Bongarcon. Tatiana had 5 girls and 5 boys and Amilee 1 girl and 4 boys.

We are extremely proud of Amilee who now has enough CCs to be declared a South African Champion! All our Bongarcon beagles are now South African Champions!

We are ecstatic to announce that Sweet Courage Tatiana of Bongarcon will now be known as South African Champion (pending KUSA certification). This is the second champion for our small kennel. We are so proud of her and cannot wait to welcome her first litter soon!

Bongarcon's first South African Champion!
On 16 October 2016 we reached a milestone in our small kennel! Hard work and dedication paid off and Samson of Bongarcon, aka Vince, got his final CC to be declared a South African Champion! To make it even better he was also awarded Best Of Breed (BOB) on the day! We are so proud of our boy, who will now be known as CH Samson of Bongarcon!

At the Breede Rivier Vallei Kennel Club Open Show on 11 September 2016, Voxcreek Let Me In of Bongarcon aka Amilee was awarded BBPIS! We are so proud of her!
Bloemfontein show weekend
The Bongarcon pack is joining Bassefied basset hounds for a road trip to Bloemfontein, where we will take part in the Central South African cluster weekend of shows with Voxcreek beagles. And when we come back we will bring our new Voxcreek baby girl home! Click here for more information!

The Bongarcon family attended the Oudtshoorn Championship Shows on 11-12 June 2016 and came home with 2 Dog CCs for Vince and 2 Bitch CCs, 2 RBOBs, BPIG-4 and RBPIG for Tatiana!

2016 Show Season
On 31 January 2016 we have our first Open Show of the season. Tatiana will be making her show debut! We are very excited about her show career and will be campaigning her across South Africa this year!

In October we have 5 Championship shows and a FCI show in Cape Town. The Bongarcon show team is getting ready!
Beagle hunts
We are looking forward to going on a few hunts this winter. The season starts 10 May 2015. Mom is looking to buy a pair of boots for all the fun in the mud.
